- Peel the fresh ginger and slice it into small pieces for easier blending.
- Add the ginger, fresh lemon juice, water, and honey (if using) to a blender.

- Pour into serving glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices and mint leaves, then serve immediately.
